1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "hiubet" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at https://hiubet.cam, including all associated services, tools, content, and functionalities.
• "Platform" means the hiubet website, mobile-optimized site, and any software provided to enable access to hiubet services.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service on the hiubet Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, containing the User's profile information, wallet balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a User's Account and denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stakes placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a User under hiubet's promotional programs.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under hiubet's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under hiubet's licensing conditions or applicable law.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hiubet Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By opening an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hiubet strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited and any Account opened in breach of this rule will be immediately closed, with all balances forfeited.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your country, state, or territory of residence. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from any gambling platform, including from hiubet specifically.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a hiubet employee involved in the provision of services on the Platform.
• You understand that online gambling involves real money and carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the hiubet Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, or the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your Account details current and for notifying hiubet promptly of any changes via our customer support channels.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hiubet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure by hiubet

hiubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) regulatory or licensing obligations require us to do so.

4 KYC Verification

hiubet is required by its international licensing obligations to implement a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This verification helps us prevent underage gambling, identity fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

4.1 Documents Required

We may request the following documents to verify your identity at any stage of your relationship with hiubet:

• Proof of Identity: Valid KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), Passport, or SIM (Indonesian Driving Licence) — clear photograph or scan of the front and back.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of your bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) confirming ownership of the deposit method used.
• Source of Funds: For high-volume players, we may request additional documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited.

4.2 Verification Timelines

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC for Accounts that have not yet been verified or where additional documentation has been requested. hiubet will not be liable for delays to withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hiubet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hiubet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges for which hiubet accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to banking network availability. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. You must deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00–23:00 WIB), and within 60 minutes outside business hours. Withdrawals may be subject to review if your Account is flagged for verification or if a withdrawal is requested before Bonus Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

5.4 Currency and Exchange

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hiubet does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion is applied — all figures represent IDR values.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by hiubet are subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game lists, validity periods, and maximum cashout limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must be wagered a total of Rp 1.000.000 across eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count toward Wagering Requirements and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except after full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the nominated game only and expire within 24 hours of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• hiubet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including, but not limited to, matched betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or collusive wagering — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New members who successfully complete registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus. The specific percentage, cap amount in IDR, and Wagering Requirement for the Welcome Bonus are published on the hiubet promotions page. The Welcome Bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus on a single occasion constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are governed by hiubet's Sportsbook Rules, which are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Late bets placed after an event has commenced may be void at hiubet's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, hiubet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Wallets.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. A single losing selection results in the loss of the entire accumulator stake.
• Asian Handicap (known locally as voor) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published in the Sportsbook Rules section.
• Results are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for international fixtures).

7.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, including slots, live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and other table games, are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game operates according to its own published RTP and rules. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live session, the round in progress may be voided and stakes returned. hiubet accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's own internet or device failure during a game session.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at hiubet's discretion, including during periods of high activity such as BRI Liga 1 finals, EPL gameweeks, or Champions League knockout rounds.

8 Responsible Gaming

hiubet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hiubet Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or with casino dealers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) laws.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent Account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion orders.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hiubet Platform — including but not limited to the hiubet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of hiubet or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of hiubet. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hiubet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from any aspect of your relationship with hiubet.
• Any interruptions to service, including scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or technical failures beyond hiubet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers including game studios, payment processors, or banking institutions.

hiubet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

hiubet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We apply industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities strictly as required for the operation of the Platform and fulfillment of our compliance obligations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hiubet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hiubet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence, including Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. hiubet makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk.

14 Amendments

hiubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms published on the Platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
